Questions jewelry teams ask
Do workshop users see client names or prices?
No. Client details, private notes, order values and payments are stored separately and only owners can read them. Workshop users see production fields only.
Can I run more than one jewelry brand?
Yes. Each brand has its own reference prefix and counter inside your workspace. Plan limits set how many brands you can add.
Is a card needed for the trial?
No. The 14-day trial needs no card. When it ends the workspace becomes read-only until you choose a plan; your data and exports stay available.
Does KaratRelay handle inventory, metal accounting or payroll?
No. KaratRelay focuses on orders, production stages, files, deadlines and payment follow-up. It is not an ERP.
Can I export my data?
Yes. Owners can export orders, clients and payments as CSV on every plan.
