How limits are counted
- Active users include owners and workshop users; pending invitations reserve a seat until they expire or are revoked.
- Active orders are orders that are not deleted and not Shipped (Ready counts as active). Shipped orders stay searchable.
- Storage includes original files and deleted files kept until they are purged after 30 days.
Trial and billing
- 14-day trial with Growth features, up to 5 users, 100 active orders and 2 GB. No card required.
- At a limit your data stays readable and exportable; only adding more is blocked.
- After the trial or a lapsed payment the workspace becomes read-only. Data is never deleted because a subscription ends.
- Security, tenant isolation and CSV export are included on every plan. Third-party messaging (e.g. WhatsApp) costs are separate.
